Biography
Jean Baptiste was born about 1750. He was the son of Michel Picote and Anne Daigre.
He married 20 Nov 1775 to Hélène Jarlais / Desjarlais (Note: this marriage is recorded in 2 places: Maskinongé (Saint-Joseph), and Rivière-du-Loup en haut (Saint-Antoine), the same missionnary serving both parishes)[1]
He died May 6, 1814, and was buried May 7, 1814, at Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup.[2]
