Biography
My name is James Hershel Pickering, Jr. and I was born and raised in Bastrop, Louisiana. I graduated high school and immediately joined the Navy in 1986. I came back to Bastrop after getting out in 1992 but eventually moved to the Dallas, Texas area, where I still reside.
My wife passed in 2013 from a brain tumor and I'm raising our daughter who was three at the time.
My wife and I were married in 2005.
