Biography
Charles was born in 1790.
Charles served as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives in 1821-1822. In 1823, he was in the Georgia Senate. Between 1825 and 1828, he was a general in the Georgia Militia.[1]
Charles married Anna Nix.
Charles passed away in 1837.
