Biography

Frank was born in Penn Buckinghamshire on 7 February 1865. He is the son of Isaac Perfect and Mary Ann (maiden name yet to be researched).

Frank worked all his life as a gardener.

Frank was 23 years old when he married Harriet Stock, age 30. The wedding took place at St Thomas Church Bourne (Farnham) Surrey on 18 December 1888. Frank and Harriet had 2 children (as confirmed in the 1911 census), a daughter Fanny Alice born in 1892 and a son Arthur Henry born in 1895.

Soon after they married, Frank and Harriet relocated to Buckinghamshire - they lived in Penn in 1901 and 1911 and later on moved to Amersham. At the time of the 1939 England Register, the granddaughter of Frank and Harriet, Catherine Perfect, was residing with them.

Frank was widowed in early 1940 and he passed away in Amersham later that year at age 75.
