Robert John PEREIRA was born in 1881 in Guildford, Western Australia[1] and was christened on 20 Mar 1881[2]. His parents were Charles Pereira and Phoebe Meakins.
Edith May LIDDELOW and Robert John PEREIRA were married on 22 Feb 1911 at St. George's Cathedral, Perth, Western Australia, Australia.[3]
A very pretty double wedding was celebrated in St. George's Cathedral, on February 22, when Miss Annie Liddelow was married to Mr. James Davies, of Perth, and her sister, Miss Edith Liddelow, was married to Mr. Robert Pereira, of Guildford. The Misses A. and E. Liddelow are the two youngest daughters of the late Mr. Henry Liddelow and Mrs. Liddelow, of Perth. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Canon Foster. The Cathedral was thronged with friends of the contracting parties. Both brides looked charming. One entered the church on the arm of Mr. T. J. Hall, and the other on the arm of Mr. Cyril Spurge. They wore gowns of white charmeuse satin trimmed profusely with silk lace, braid, and pearls, and each wore the customary wreaths and veil and carried handsome bridal bouquets. The bridegrooms' gifts to the brides were handsome gold bangles....
He passed away on 7 May 1960 in Perth, Western Australia, Australia[5] and was buried at the Karrakatta Cemetery and Crematorium, Karrakatta, Nedlands City, Western Australia, Australia[6].
