Biography
Ingram de Percy, Knt., son of William de Percy of Topcliffe, Yorkshire and his second wife, Ellen, daughter of Ingram de Balliol, married Joan de Vivonne after 10 March 1262. In July 1262 he was granted protection to go to France with the king. He died testate shortly before 10 Oct 1262.[1]
