Biography

Simeon was born about 1668. He was the son of George Pepper and his wife Hannah.

He lived at Ballygarth, County Meath, Ireland. He was a Commissioner under statute 10 William III, cap. 3, with his father for the Co. Meath, to collect the sum charged on that Co.

Simeon married Rose Lambart (daughter of Hon. Oliver Lambart and Eleanor Crane) on 15 August 1688.

They had four children;

His will was dated 18 November 1701 and was proved 5 December 1701. He pre-deceased his father.
