Biography
Francis is named in the Will of his father, Myles Pendreth[1], which was made on 29 September 1590 and in which he was left an annuity of one hundred pounds as per a 'covenant made and expressed in the lease between Edward Saunders my son-in-law and me, of my farm of Norborne Court, that he should pay unto my son Francis Pendreth a hundred pounds a year after my death' and then that 'my meaning is that my said son Francis shall take no benefit of anything contained in this my will'.
