Biography
Enriqueta Peña Gonzalez was born on 15 July 1928 in Pesqueria Chica, México to Donaciano Peña and Maria de Jesùs Gonzàlez.[1] It is unclear when she moved to the United States, but she was married to Manuel Zamarripa and living in Hidalgo County, Texas by 1950; they had 8 children. Her husband and two children died in 1965. Enriqueta married Carlos Espinoza at the age of 60 in 1988 in Tarrant County, Texas.[2] She died on 28 October 1998 in Dallas, Texas.[3] She is buried at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas.[4]
