The history of the Bolton mansion, named for the Pemberton place of origin in Lancashire, states that Phineas kept an amazing variety of records for Bucks County PA and profited from insider knowledge. This mansion eventually became a museum, part of 20th century Levittown. Previous to that construction, he lived in Pennsbury, Chester County. As well as serving 3 terms in Provincial Council, 4 in General Assembly and becoming President of that body, Phineas became presiding officer of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting of Friends [Quakers]. Phineas, his father, spouse, and 5 children are buried in the family graveyard at Pennsbury. These include 4 children born after the Penn fleet voyage who died young, before the 2 who came on the voyage.
Upon his death in 1702, Penn described him as the “ablest as well as one of the best men in the province”.[1]

The only advice I've got about "suggestions" complaints about dual dating is to set the ignore false suggestion option in the report.
