Priscilla Pelley was born on October 03, 1861 in Hant's Harbour, Newfoundland. She was daughter of James Pelley and Elizabeth Palmer.
She married John Stanley on November 22, 1879. [1] Together they had 10 children:

John passed away in 1900 and Priscilla married Amos Hubley on February 25, 1905
