In the 1940 census Vivian (age 25) was the married lodger of Emma Surrey in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California.^[3]

Vivian died on 14 December 2009 and was buried in Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, Los Angeles County, California, United States.^[4]
