Biography
Frances (Pease) Gallagher is a part of US Black heritage.
Frances Pease was born in 1835. She was the daughter of John Pease and Melinda Snelling, both free people of color.
She died in 1919[1] and is buried in Cotton Cemetery in Richmond, Maine.[2]
