Biography

Jamestown Church Tower
Nathaniel Peacock was a Jamestown colonist.

Nathaniel Peacock was one four boys who arrived in 1607 under the auspices of the Virginia Company to establish the colony of Jamestown.[1][2][3][4]

On 29 Dec 1608, Nathaniel was chosen by Captain John Smith to accompany his men on a journey to the Pamaunkee, and further, to the house of Powhatan. Nathaniel served as a soldier and a sailor, traveling in the pinnace.[5][6]
