Jacob Paulk: Private, Company F, 49th GA Volunteer Infantry. He was wounded May 3, 1863 at Chancellorsville. He was wounded again May 4, 1864 in the face, thigh and abdomen at the Battle of the Wilderness. He was taken prisoner and was taken to 1st Division 2nd Army Corps Hospital and died March 16, 1865.
