Rowena Lois Patrick was born in 1918 in Missouri, USA. She was the daughter of John D Patrick and his second wife. She had a half-sister named Johnanna Patrick. She lived in Kelly, Cooper, Missouri in 1920, and in Kansas City, Jackson, Missouri in 1930 and 1940. During World War II, she enlisted in the Womens Army Corps on September 5, 1942 as a aviation cadet. She married Henry Washington Wyse on March 1, 1940 in Jackson, Kansas City, Missouri. They had a son named David Wyse, who was born on September 10, 1942. Rowena Lois Patrick died on November 21, 1943 in Tulsa, Tulsas County, Oklahoma at the age of 25. She was buried in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
