She was first married to John Dyke. Judith was named as Dyke's wife in 1715 indentures of lease and release, selling lands given to Judith by John Savage.[1] She was again named as wife of John Dyke on 20th April 1725 selling 50 acres of land descended unto Judith and her sister Ann as heirs apparent of Mary Webster, dec'd.[2]
Judith was widowed prior to 20th May 1729 when she entered her bond with John Edmondson and Richard Jones as security to administer the estate of John Dyke.[3]
She was again married to Henry Faulkner, prior to December 1735, evidenced by the accounting they made of her deceased husband's estate.[4] She was named Judith Faulkner in the will of her mother dated 6th March 1763.
