Benjamin married Elizabeth Fletcher (1728-1759) the daughter of Capt. Robert and Sarah (Swan) Fletcher on 12 July 1748 at Haverhill, Massachusetts.[2] They had six children born at Haverhill:
Elizabeth Fletcher (b. 28 Oct 1749; d. 3 Aug 1791, Haverhill, MA)[3] m. 21 Jul 1776 at Haverhill, MA, Deacon Moses Webster (1738-1827)
Benjamin Fletcher died on 27 July 1801 in his 71st year at Andover.[9] buried in the Old North Parish Burying Ground at North Andover, Essex, Massachusetts.[10]His will was entered into probate on 5 November 1801 at Essex, Massachusetts.[11]
