Thomas married Hannah Ridgway, daughter of Joseph and Hannah Ridgway on 24 Apr 1766 at Burlington Monthly Meeting, Burlington County, New Jersey.[6]

1784, April 29. Pancoast, Thomas, of Mansfield, Burlington Co., farmer; will of. Son David ½ of the farm where I live, lying to the westward, after 15 acres are surveyed off across the north end, and the other ½ I give to my son, Curtis; both when they are 21. My said sons are to have shares of cedar swamp on Wading River. Son, Thomas, the farm which I bought of Jacob Ridgeway, and the said 15 acres. Son, William, the swamp I bought of Thomas Reynolds. Daughter, Ann and my son, George, personal estate. Executors – brothers-in-law, Joseph Pancoast, of Chesterfield, and Solomon Thomas, of Springfield. Witnesses-David Ridgeway, Cornell Stevenson, Thomas Enoch.
1786, Feb. 7. Codicil. Son, Thomas to have 5 acres of woodland. Witnesses-Thomas Enoch, David Ridgeway, Ann Smith. Proved April 26, 1786.

Only heirs of Thomas Pancoast (still living) are his three sons: George and William - who are still minors, and Thomas.
