Biography
Brian was born about 1520, eldest son of Nicholas Palmes and Johanna Conyers. He married firstly, Johanna, daughter of Sir John Dawney, knt. of Cowick, and they had no children. He married, secondly, Anne, daughter of Sir John Constable of Halsham and Burton Constable. Their children included John, his heir, George, Brian, and Frances.
