Biography

When Lavina Palmer was born on October 5, 1814, in Greene, Pennsylvania, her father, James, was 36, and her mother, Margaret, was 26. She married Thomas Edie on February 20, 1834, in Tuscarawas, Ohio. They had two children during their marriage. She died in 1896 in Judsonia, Arkansas, having lived a long life of 82 years.
