Biography
Thomas Palmer was the second child of Elizabeth Noyes & Ichabod Palmer of Stonington, Connecticut. The correct expression of this person's birth date is 27 Jan 1725/26 per the Julian-Gregorian calendar shift which affected birth dates within the first 3 months of every year from 1582 until 1752 when the British adopted the Gregorian calendar.
