Clarence Thomas Paisley was born on 1 Apr 1885 in Portage LA Prairie, Manitoba, Canada, son of Hector Paisley (~1855 - 1911) and Margaret (Edgar) Paisley (1859 - 1937). He never married. He died in 1957 in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, at the age of 72, and was buried there. His siblings were:
