Coral Annie Pahl was born on January 12, 1883 in Nelson, New Zealand, daughter of William George Pahl (1849–1943) and Harriet White Harford (1856–1936).

Coral married Peter Melville Grant (born on October 4, 1878 in Roseneath, Tois Tois, Otago, New Zealand). Their daughter was Doris Meta Flora Grant (1909–1998).

Coral (28) married James Alexander Spencer (29) (born on March 28, 1882 in Whangarei, Northland, New Zealand) in 1912 in New Zealand. Their son was Robinson Spencer (1913–1984).

Coral died on December 30, 1963 in Auckland, New Zealand, aged 80.[1]
