Hensyl Lot Packer was born on 27 Mar 1884 in Marsh Creek, Centre, Pennsylvania, son of James Morris Packer (1824 - 1900) and Wilhelmina (Boyer) Packer (1843 - 1931).
Hensyl married Kathyrn Shoff (1876 - 1928) on 19 Jan 1909 in Altoona, Blair, Pennsylvania.
Hensyl died on 28 Jan 1962 in Robinson, Allegheny aged 77.
