Her marriage record lists no family name, she is said to be around 22 years, old, sauvagesse panis appartenant à Jeanne Faucher veuve d'Étienne Campo, ie she was a native slave, panis not being her actual known tribal name but the term used for all native slaves. She might have indeed been of that nation, but this is uncertain.

She married Charles Jolivet on 4 Apr 1731 in Notre-Dame de Montréal.^[1]

She gets given numerous family names on records for the marriage, a few not bearing any, but only the mention that she was sauvagesse.
