Mary was a Friend (Quaker)

Mary was the daughter of John Pace and Sarah Jeynes. She was born in Spitalfields, London on 12 October 1746.^[1][2]

On 13 July 1779 Mary married Richard Shillitoe at Devonshire House Quaker Meeting. The Quaker marriage record describes him as of Tottenham, Middlesex, cordwainer, son of Richard Sillitoe of Gray's Inn, London, librarian and Frances; and her as of Spitalfields, Middlesex, daughter of John Pace of Spitalfields and Mary, both deceased.^[3][4]
