Biography
Fanny was born on 9 April 1889 in Wombridge, Shropshire, England.[1] Her parents were Joseph and Mary Owen.
In 1891, 2-year-old Fanny was living with her parents and siblings at Ketley Bank, in the parish of Wombridge.[2]
