When citing sources try to give enough information that someone can find that source regardless of the method used to find it or reference an image in the photo section. Where there is a Wiki ID for a person named in this section try to provide a link to that person. List contributors, with links (if possible), in "Acknowledgments".
Using an asterisk before adding information will maintain the events in a bullet format. Double asterisk s will indent related events. A colon (:) will indent text (such as in this “Note” section). Double colons will double indent text. The first time you use a citation, use <ref name="nametag"> Descriptive Text</ref> where "nametag" is what you want to use for the name of the tag & "Descriptive Text" is your source citation. From then on use <ref name="nametag"/> to cite that citation as many times as needed. This will automatically add to the "Source List".
If you are adding information I would appreciate your following these guidelines. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. Gary H White

All my life, my mom told me that Rebecca told her that her name was Ott. She said there was no "s" at the end. But on all her children's death certificates, and her death certificate, it says "Otts". Hers was filled out by her daughter in law, Ruby. Even on her marriage license to Aime J Freymond, it says "Otts". Unless we find a birth certificate, we probably will never know which is correct. We have no information on who her parents were although I took a DNA test (Mitochondrial) to find out who her maternal line is. I surely hope someone will match up and solve this mystery! Rebecca Jane Ott is my great grandmother on my father's side. I remember her, as the last time I saw her I was about 6-7 years old (1958-1959). She was living with Uncle Shirrell. I was told to keep my eye on her if she needed anything. She told me to get her some of the snuff by Sherill's chair & I said no like my parents told me too. She smacked me with her cane got up out of bed and went and got it herself. Mumbling under her breath the whole time. Dared me to open my mouth that she could walk around because the whole house waited on her hand & foot. The reason she became sick & died was because she was doing laundry on the front porch in a wash tub in Jan.1960 in her house coat. That is what I was told all my life.
