Gottlob Friedrich Otto was born on July 26, 1837 in Freiberg, Mittelsachsen, Saxony, Deutschland.
Gottlob married Auguste Ernestine Haenel (born on December 14, 1839 in Rittersgruen, Erzgebirgskreis, Saxony). Their daughter was Annie Pauline Otto (1864–1967).
Gottlob died on June 6, 1926 in Toowong, Queensland, Australia, aged 88. He was buried in Toowong Cemetery, Brisbane, Brisbane City, Queensland.[1] [2]
