Biography

Sarah Osborne was born in Huntingdonshire, England.

In 1843 Sarah Osborne married Samuel Osborne.^[1] The family lived in Ramsey, Huntingdonshire, where Samuel was a farm labourer.^[2][3][4] The Osbornes lived in Benwick, Cambridgeshire, in 1881^[5] and in Wimblington, Cambridgeshire, in 1891.^[6]

Samuel died in 1900 at the age of 79.^[7] At the time of the 1901 census, Sarah lived in Ramsey with her daughters, Charlotte and Mary.^[8]

She died in 1907 at the age of 87.^[9]

Research notes

This could well be Sarah with her parents, Thomas and Elizabeth, in 1841,^[10] but would need to see parish records/marriage certificate to confirm. Fuller-8857 09:57, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
