Biography

Charlie was born in 1868. He is the son of William Osborne and Mary Hill. He was baptized 19 Jan 1868 in Llandaff, Canton, Glamorganshire, Wales.

He was not in the 1871 census with his mother and father. Instead, he is living with his grandparents, James and Elizabeth Hill, as well as his aunt, Eliza Brimfield. They are living in Bridgend.

He married Alice Green, 7 July 1889 in St John, Canton, Glamorgan, Wales. She was the daughter of Alfred Green.
