Biography

When Oliver Orvis was born on August 4, 1771, his father, Zadock Orvis, was 34 and his mother, Keziah Judd, was 29. He had two sons and two daughters with Anna Curtis between 1812 and 1820. In 1790, Oliver age 18, resided in Hinsdale, Windham, Vermont, United States In 1810, Oliver age 38, resided in Farmington, Hartford, Connecticut, United States In 1820, Oliver age 48, resided in Farmington, Hartford, Connecticut Oliver died on May 28, 1847, in Ludlow, Vermont, having lived a long life of 75 years, and was buried there.
