Death and Burial

Frederick passed away in 1918, as recalled by a local newspaper, The Norwich Bulletin: Frederick C. Olney, a well-known colored lawyer, prominent member of the Washington county bar, died at his home on Tuesday afternoon (May 21) after a long illness."[1]

He passed away in 1918.
