- vii. Rachel Odell, b. Frederick Co., Md.; d. aft. 1806, Iredell Co., N. C.; m. by 1779, prob. in Montg. Co., Md., David Beall, who died testate, 1806, Iredell Co. Both of them were mentioned in the Distn. of Estate papers of her deceased father, in Montg. Co., in 1779. He was probably the same David Beall who took the Oath of Fidelity in Mong. Co., in 1778 [Beall, op. cit., p. 18.] The David of Mong. Co., Md., served in the 7th Co., 29th Battalion, Montg. Co. Militia.
