Biography

Flora was born about 1902 in the small community of Rosedale., between Chilliwack and Agassiz, British Columbia, Canada. She married Frank Cheer, an aboriginal man in 1922, and lived at Cheam Reserve 1 near Chilliwack. Later, she married Ed Nelson. She was buried at the Oddfellows Cemetery in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
