Harold was born in 1873[1].
It appears that Harold was born as Hugh Adair Nisbet, there already being an older brother called Harold.
Hugh was baptised at St Mary, Kilburn 29 July 1873, they were living at 53, Priory Rd, Kilburn, his father was a solicitor.
Harold Nisbet played Tennis reaching several doubles finals at Wimbledon.

On what basis are we saying that he called himself Harold? It looks to me like the Wikipedia article at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harold_Nisbet has mistakenly introduced the idea that he was called Harold. I have various signatures of his in a guestbook where he variously refers to himself as "Hugh" or "Hugh A". Never Harold.
