Kenneth Malcolm Needham was born on 21st February 1925 at Victor Harbor, South Australia, Australia. He was the son of Victor Needham and Emma Kenny. [1]
Just after his 18th birthday, Kenneth enlisted in the RAAF during World War II. He enlisted on 30th March 1943, Service Number 122798, and was discharged on 16th May 1946. He saw overseas service in New Guinea. [2]
Kenneth Malcolm Needham married Betty Marjory Delaney on 28th June 1947 at the Congregational Church, McLaren Vale, South Australia, Australia. Their marriage was announced in "The Advertiser" on Saturday 21st June 1947.
