Victor Neal was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

Victor Neal was born at Grenfell, Colony of New South Wales, in 1899. He was the son of John Neal and Louisa Levett.^[1]

Victor married May Saines, at Young, New South Wales, in 1932.^[2]

Together they had at least one child, Albert George Neal.

Victor died at Young, New South Wales, at the age of 73. His remains were interred at Young Cemetery, New South Wales, Australia.^{[3] [4]}
