Anna van Nassau (Breda, 5 november 1563 – Franeker, 13 juni 1588) was de tweede dochter van Willem van Oranje uit diens tweede huwelijk met Anna van Saksen.
Anna ging in 1567 naar Slot Dillenburg en werd daar opgevoed door haar grootmoeder Juliana van Stolberg. Daar zal zij ook kennisgemaakt hebben met haar latere echtgenoot Willem Lodewijk van Nassau-Dillenburg. Zij huwde met hem in 1587.Zij overleed echter al een half jaar daarna, tijdens haar eerste zwangerschap. Anna werd begraven in de Grote of Jacobijnerkerk in Leeuwarden. Willem Lodewijk is uit respect voor haar niet hertrouwd.
Haar kostbare grafmonument, gepolychromeerde gisant bij de grafkelder van de Friesche Nassau's in de Grote of Jacobijnerkerk in Leeuwarden werd in 1795 vernield. Haar graf werd door een woedende menigte geschonden.

Anna went in 1567 to Castle Dillenburg and was raised by her grandmother Juliana of Stolberg . There she probably will have met her future husband William Louis van Nassau-Dillenburg. They married in 1587 and she died half a year later , during her first pregnancy. Anna was buried in the Jacobijner in Leeuwarden. William Louis was out of respect for her never remarried.
Her precious tomb , polychrome recumbent figure in the crypt of the Frisian Nassau in the Jacobijner Church in Leeuwarden was destroyed in 1795 . Her grave was violated by an angry crowd .
