- Father: William Miller Munford, Sr. (18 Dec 1909-19 Nov 1976) born in Hodgenville, Ky. Died in Taylor Co., Ky. He was the son of William B. Munford and Lizzie Myrtle Miller of Hardin Co., Ky. A direct descendant of the Munford’s that came to Ky. and settled Munfordsville, Ky.
- Mother: Margaret Elizabeth Campbell (8 Jul. 1911- Aug. 1985). She was the daughter of Twyman H Campbell and Sally Mary Rodgers.
