Research notes

Nos origines ascribes the birth of an illegitimate child to her on 1 Aug 1704, Marie Angélique Roche, baptized on the 4th in Sorel[8], daughter of Jean Baptiste Roche, soldier in the troops of M. de Longueuil. The mother of this child is listed as Marguerite Lemire Mousseau in the record. Godfather Jean Baptiste Casaubon, godmother Élisabeth Mousseau. Said godmother lends credence to this being in fact her daughter, since Marguerite did have a sister of that name. No further data found on the child.

last name at birth should be changed to Mousseaux, since that was the name on the baptism. Dit names don't go in LNAB unless they are the only name used.
