Peter Morse, 10, was living with his parents, Nathan and Betsey Morse in Growveland, Livingston, New York in 1850.[1]
Peter Morse and Adalaide Morse were married on 5 February 1859 in Kent County, Michigan.[2]
In 1880, Peter and his wife, Adelaide, were living in Cascade, Kent County, Michigan with their children, Adelbert (13), Cora (10, Viola (7), Mariza (4) and their mothers: Betsey Morse (74), and Lois Morse (72). [3]
Peter Morse, 48, son of Benjamin and Elizabeth Morse was killed by a runaway team on August 17, 1889. He was born in New York.[4]

Just chipping away at out Morse lines…. Connected Peter to his dad & brothers. Looks like Peter was also in the War. His brother Allen was a Private who died in Andersonville. Benjamin, his other brother, was wounded but survived. He was awarded a Medal of Honor. :)
