Biography
Martha Jane “Jimy” Morris was born about 1800 in Tennessee.[1]
She married Nicholas Mansfield on 20 February 1819 at Kingston, Roane County, Tennessee.[1]
Martha died in June 1850 "20 Miles West Of Fort Kearny along the Oregon Trail. [Fort Kearny was a historic outpost of the US Army founded 1848]". Her place of burial is not known, her memorial has biographical material and links to those of family members.[1]
