Franklin Morgan is a part of US Black heritage.

Franklin Morgan was born in 1862. He was the son of Elsey Morgan and Clara Jackson. In the 1870 census Frank (age 6) was in Salem, Culpeper County, Virginia, USA.^[1] In the 1880 census Frankl (age 18), Farm Hand, was the single son of Elsey Morgan in Cedar Mountain, Culpeper, Virginia, United States.^[2]

Frank (age 24), son of Elzy Morgan & Clara, married Elizy Smith on 27 December 1883 in Madison, Virginia.^{[3] [4]}

In the 1900 census Franklin (age 36), Farm Laborer, was the married head of household in Vansville, Prince George, Maryland.^[5] In the 1910 census Frank (age 40), Farmer, was the married head of household in Election District 4, Anne Arundel, Maryland, United States.^[6] In the 1920 census Franklin (age 60), Farm Operator, was the married head of household in Election District 4, Anne Arundel, Maryland.^[7] In the 1930 census Frank (age 65), Farmer, was the married head of household in Election District 4, Anne Arundel, Maryland, United States.^[8] In the 1940 census Frank (age 74) was the married head of household in Anne Arundel, Maryland.^[9] Franklin was in a Social Security record in February 1943.^[10]
