Minnie was born in 1872. She was the daughter of Emory Bishop Morgan. She married William Ranson Potter on December 21, 1892. She passed away in 1947.

Willie and Minnie May were married at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church on Pleasant Ave and 26th Street in Minneapolis.
