Mildred May Montgomery, the second child of Thomas Jefferson Montgomery III and Effie Pooler, was born in DeKalb County, Illinois on 03 Oct 1912, and She married Charles William Kissell on 16 Sep 1934 in Lake, Indiana. Mildred and Charles, were the parents of one child. Mildred died 30 Aug 2007 in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. Charles died 30 Mar 1991 in Winnebago County, Illinois. They are both buried in Sunset Memorial Gardens Machesney Park, Winnebago County, Illinois.
