Biography
Because my father had a drinking tendency we moved a lot in my early life. My mother and father were raised in and met and married in Paris, TX.
One story of the Miller side is that somewhere along the way a young woman with the last name Miller became with child out of wedlock and the father would not marry her. She gave the child her maiden name. This is not substantiated but had a ring of truth from the teller.
Born in DFW Metroplex. Have lived in Arlington, Euless, and Grand Prairie. Outside the metroplex Bisby, AZ, Paris, Tx, Hugo, OK. In the Navy I was stationed at Great Lakes, Bethesda, Oakland, Camp LeJune, and finally Meridian NAS. Deployed for a Med float in 1988 and Desert Shield/Storm leaving Christmas Eve 1990 and arriving home May 1991. Shortly after arriving back in May, my wife and daughter flew out to join. My daughter was about a month old at the time. My wife would tell me of this beautiful black haired baby and when I saw her for the first time she was completely bald.
