Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles!
It’s very important to read and understand the Help:Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.
Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

Greeters post the message to everyone who certifies for pre-1700, to make them aware of the need to be especially careful on older profiles. So, the message is not about anything you've already done. I've had a look at some of your post-1700 sources and from what I've seen you are already adding sources, which is good - many people don't add anything at all! I'm not an expert on US sources as all my ancestors are from England.
With regard to your sources, I would suggest that you need to make them more specific e.g. the exact register, and page number of where you found the source. Have a look at this Help Page - there are some examples on the page.
