1860 Census

1860 > ALABAMA > BUTLER > 4-PCT It Looks like Rainsville for the town/precinct, but Rainsville is in DeKalb County, NE Alabama...which could be a name change since it does show that their oldest child was born in George (adjacent county).

J.C Lockhart age 39 NO POB, Farmer, Property owner C. Lockhart age 37 Born N. Carolina M Lockhart female age 16 Born in Georgia 6 more children through the age of 1 with Wm H listed as age 6. T.Williamson male, age 20, Farm Laborer is also living with them.[4]

NOTE: The oldest child states was born in Georgia. All the rest of the children, with the exception of the second youngest which states Alabama, are blank perhaps indicating they were born in Georgia.

JC Lockhart's POB is also blank, but three lines above a POB is Georgia.

This census record was highly abbreviated so perhaps this indicates that Julius was also born in Georgia.
